Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of new and existing clients Evaluate medical history, movement, and functional abilities Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and rehabilitation programs Deliver exercise prescription and home exercise programs Educate clients and caregivers on treatment strategies Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcomes Deliver services within clinic, community, and telehealth settings Work with a diverse caseload across all age groups Advanced Clinical Responsibilities Manage complex client presentations Conduct specialised Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and reports Support and supervise Physiotherapy and Allied Health Assistant students Provide mentoring and support to graduate Physiotherapists Participate in multidisciplinary team training and workshops Develop expertise in specialised clinical areas Contribute to internal education, mentoring, and supervision programs Qualifications & Requirements Essential: Current AHPRA registration Membership with the relevant professional association Working With Children Check Victorian Police Check Current Australian Driver's Licence Preferred: Previous Physiotherapy experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply) Professional Support You will be supported by: Dedicated administration team Dedicated HR and finance teams Department team leaders and managers Fully equipped clinics and treatment resources Resource packs for community visits Established systems and processes to streamline daily work Monthly discipline-specific resource budgets Internal and external supervision opportunities Access to experienced clinicians for observation and mentoring More than 40 hours of complimentary in-house professional development annually Why Join?
