Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans. What We Need (Selection Criteria) To be successful in this role, you will bring: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy. Current registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to register before commencing). For new graduates: A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and a hunger to learn. For experienced applicants: Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience with demonstrated expertise across physical, cognitive, or psychosocial domains. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships. A proactive, reflective approach to professional development and team culture. An interest in supervision and service improvement (for senior roles).
