You do not need to be an established Project Manager already. Our client is looking for a capable Civil Engineer with strong technical foundations, good communication skills, and the ambition to step into broader project delivery. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, approvals, consultant management, construction support, stakeholder engagement, and handover. Working with an experienced client-side project management team, you will support and gradually take ownership of projects across: Subdivisions, Roads, Stormwater and drainage, Earthworks, Utilities, Healthcare, Education and broader civil and infrastructure developments You will be mentored by established project leaders while still being given the autonomy to prove yourself and grow. Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end project delivery, including design coordination, documentation, programming, and reporting Support the management of project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractors Coordinate site activities to ensure works align with engineering designs, standards, and regulatory requirements Liaise with designers, authorities, contractors, technical consultants, and other key stakeholders Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and key milestones Assist with contract administration and project risk management Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Around 5 years’ experience in a civil consultancy environment Project delivery experience across subdivisions, roads, drainage, earthworks, or utilities Experience of client-side engagement and communication.
