This is a full-time position SOR, ideal for an experienced and motivated Payroll Specialist who thrives in a fast paced environment. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of weekly payroll. Key responsibilities: Process weekly payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legislation. Manage employee entitlements, salary changes, back pay and termination payments Maintain payroll records, superannuation, payroll tax, LSL and statutory requirements. Provide payroll advice and support to employees and management. Collaborate with HR/Finance and drive process improvements.
