Shape Ways of Working Our client is a national financial services business, currently undertaking a significant ways of working transformation across some of their key business units. They operate within a complex, regulated environment where their ability to deliver product improvements and effective business transformation is vital - and this role will play a central part in defining how this is structured across their organisation. Your Role This is a senior, strategic Agile coaching role. You'll work directly with leadership within specific business units to design and embed ways of working tailored to their context, then support them in setting up SAFe-style performance tracking practices - running Big Room Planning, setting up OKRs and embedding the cadences needed to sustain change. You'll bring deep SAFe expertise and a strong understanding of Agile coaching within financial services or other heavily regulated industries, where commercial pace must sit alongside governance and risk discipline. Key Responsibilities Ways of Working Design: Partner with leadership across multiple business units to design and embed ways of working suited to their specific context. Performance Practices: Build in SAFe-style tracking practices, including Big Room Planning and OKR-based performance management. Senior Agile Coaching: Coach business unit leaders and teams through significant change, building lasting capability rather than dependency. Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with senior business stakeholders to ensure new ways of working land well within a highly regulated context. We’re Looking for People Who Have Deep understanding of SAFe and scaled Agile practices, including Big Room Planning and OKR-based performance tracking. Agile coaching experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries. A track record designing ways of working from the ground up across varying business units and team structures.
