Full Job Description We are seeking a Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality catering services to Defence staff. The role involves preparing and presenting meals for daily dining operations, field exercises and in-flight catering requirements. Outline Duties: Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of quality meals across a range of Defence catering services. Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes, quality standards and service requirements. Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures, maintaining accurate compliance documentation. Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Support catering operations for field exercises, special events and large-volume meal services as required. Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen to ensure efficient food production and service.
