We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a privately-owned organisation specialising in custom-designed, high-end window and door solutions. Working on some of Perth’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects, you will join a collaborative team of Project Managers within a company known for its strong culture and high staff retention. This role oversees the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery and client handover. Managing projects across the Perth Metro area, the position is approximately 70% site-based and 30% office-based. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, detailing, and operations teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from site measurements through to completion Schedule and coordinate install teams and contractors Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to ensure profitability Liaise directly with builders, site managers, architects, and homeowners to maintain strong relationships Provide regular communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholders Key Requirements Previous experience managing projects within the construction, glazing, or windows and doors industry Comfortable working on-site and coordinating multiple contractors and trades Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Current driver’s licence and White Card are essential Team-focused, with the ability to contribute positively to a supportive and high-performing culture This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team delivering premium solutions.
