Job Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple client portfolios Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with client SLAs Interpret awards, EBAs, and employment agreements across industries Process superannuation, PAYG, and statutory obligations Act as a key point of contact for client payroll queries Maintain and update employee records across various payroll systems Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting Ensure strict compliance with Australian payroll legislation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery The Successful Applicant Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally within an outsourced or multi-client environment Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation Experience managing multiple payrolls simultaneously Confident communicator with client-facing experience High attention to detail and strong time management skills Exposure to large payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Preceda, Chris21, SAP or similar) Ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate Hybrid working model Exposure to a global professional services environment Opportunity to develop client-facing payroll skills Potential for contract extension Central Sydney location Work across a diverse portfolio of clients Career-building experience in outsourced payroll
