Job Description The Business Improvement Analyst (Finance) will be responsible for but not limited to: Driving operational and systems enhancements across multiple business functions. Collaborating with stakeholders to review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements. Supporting business integration initiatives following acquisitions, ensuring smooth transition and alignment of processes. Data management and analysis, including extracting, validating, and reconciling information through SQL and various reporting platforms. Developing and enhancing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and management insights to support decision-making. Process improvement for month end finance activities Document current and target-state processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and reducing reliance on manual activities. Close collaboration with finance, technology, and operational teams to gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements, and support implementation activities. Assisting with data migration projects, data quality initiatives, system and user acceptance testing, strengthening controls across key business systems, producing process and training documentation, and contributing to change management activities to encourage successful user adoption. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Improvement - Finance professional should have: A strong background in Accounting & Finance, with expertise in the property industry being highly regarded. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements within financial systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Advanced excel & systems skills and dealing with multiple systems (SQL) CA or CPA Qualified Dual degree and passion that spans across finance and tech is ideal Proficiency in financial software and tools, with an aptitude for learning new technologies. Excellent analytical skills and a solutions-focused mindset. Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
