They are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support the continued expansion of their international partner network. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth within the wellness, education, and professional development sectors. Duties & Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Build and nurture strong relationships with training providers, wellness businesses, and strategic partners Identify and develop new partnership and business development opportunities internationally Conduct outbound business development and relationship-building activities Manage and respond to inbound partnership and business inquiries Create and maintain long-term strategic collaborations Engage professionally with business owners, educators, and industry leaders Represent the organisation with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and communication logs Track partnership activity, follow-ups, pipeline progression, and reporting metrics Utilize CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar platforms Contribute ideas, innovation, and growth initiatives within the business Work closely with leadership to support future growth and expansion strategies Meet weekly and monthly outreach and partnership KPIs Stay informed on industry trends within wellness, education, and professional development sectors Continuously refine outreach messaging, relationship-building strategies, and communication approaches Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications & Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related field Proven experience building and managing professional relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience conducting outbound outreach and managing inbound opportunities Experience working within KPI-driven and growth-focused environments Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment Professional English communication skills Exposure to wellness, education, coaching, health, or professional services industries will be highly advantageous Experience working within fast-paced or high-growth businesses will be beneficial Personal Attributes: A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills Passionate about wellness, personal growth, and helping others succeed Commercially aware and growth-oriented Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Professional, reliable, and highly organized Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused Confident communicating with business owners and industry leaders Comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving remote environment Motivated by growth opportunities and long-term career development Package & Remuneration R18 000 base salary (non-negotiable) performance-based commission Interested?
