You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to balance operational requirements with a people-focused approach. Experience in community services, food relief or hospitality is highly regarded, but not essential. Skills and Experience: Experience supporting day-to-day operations, program delivery or volunteer-led services. Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Welfare or equivalent (highly regarded) Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time management abilities, with a focus on quality and compliance. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office products i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data management About the role The Soup Van Program is a vital service of St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, providing food relief and meaningful social connection to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and food insecurity. As the Soup Van Coordinator, you will provide support and resourcing for the Soup Van Program across Victoria.
