Conduct feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analyses to support informed decision‑making. Support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities to validate solutions against requirements. Monitor compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards across business systems. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to inform management and support sustainable business growth. Qualifications and skills Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience in business analysis, systems evaluation, or process improvement. Demonstrated knowledge of business process modelling and documentation standards. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit requirements, and secure systems management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
