The Opportunity This is a predominantly forklift-based role (approximately 80%), ideal for an experienced operator who is confident working in a high-volume environment. You will also support general warehouse operations (20%) as required, contributing to overall team performance. Key Responsibilities • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock safely and efficiently • Transport and replenish pallets across storage and dispatch areas • Assist with picking and packing orders when required • Prepare loads in line with dispatch schedules and requirements • Support stock control and inventory processes • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment • Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues About You • Current LF Forklift Licence (essential) • Forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player • Willingness to assist with manual handling tasks when required
