Part of GWA Group, an ASX-listed organisation, we design and deliver bathroom, kitchen and laundry products across Australia and New Zealand. The role This is a developer-led role focused on early engagement, influence and conversion, where you will have autonomy to build and grow your own project pipeline representing Caroma across Australia’s leading developments. You will: Work directly with Australia’s leading developers and builders Get involved early in the project lifecycle (concept and design stage) Influence specification and secure Caroma across major developments Manage opportunities end-to-end (lead → specification → order) Build and maintain a structured multi-res project pipeline Work across developers, builders, architects and internal teams What we’re looking for Experience working with developers, Tier 1/2 builders or major projects Background in multi-residential or project-based sales Ability to influence early and protect specification Strong commercial mindset with pipeline discipline Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Apply If you’re working with developers or major builders and want a true project-led role with ownership of major projects, apply now.
