The days and hours are very flexible for this role – ideally seeking 20 – 25 hours per week, from the office. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable functions Reconciliations – bank, credit card and supplier statements Assisting the Financial Controller to prepare monthly financial reports and end of month procedures Support AR functions – payment allocations General accounts/admin support What you will bring Experience in AP, cost centre management Ideally experience in working in a multi-site business Strong computer literacy – experience in MYOB ideal, but not essential Solid Microsoft Office proficiency High attention to detail and excellent communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, with a strong reputation and supportive leadership.
