Team Leader – Warehouse (Geebung, QLD) Protech is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Warehouse team at a reputable manufacturing facility based in Geebung (QLD 4034). ABOUT THE ROLE Immediate start Two day shifts available Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm $39.88 per hour Penalties and Overtime Available Based in a Manufacturing Facility KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate warehouse teams to achieve daily targets Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime Train, coach, and support team members Drive accountability for performance and attendance Collaborate with production, logistics and leadership teams Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe and clean work environment TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Valid drivers licence with reliable transport 12 months’ experience in a Team Leader/Leading Hand role (warehousing) High Risk Forklift Ticket Experience in warehousing, dispatch and logistics operation Strong understanding of workplace health & safety Proven leadership in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills HOW TO APPLY?
