The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project/Design Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering design projects across a portfolio of energy, mining and infrastructure work. You will work closely with engineers, designers, project controls and clients to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality engineering outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering design teams across project lifecycles Manage project scope, schedule, budget and delivery risks Oversee design development from concept through detailed engineering and execution support Act as key interface between clients, engineers and internal delivery teams Ensure design outputs meet technical standards, safety requirements and client specifications Monitor project progress and support reporting on schedule, cost and performance Manage design changes, technical queries and project variations Drive coordination across civil, structural, electrical and associated engineering disciplines Support continuous improvement in design delivery processes and project execution About You Degree qualified in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Structural or related discipline) Proven experience in design management, project engineering or project delivery roles Experience in energy, mining, utilities, infrastructure or EPC/EPCM environments Strong technical understanding of engineering design and project execution Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to balance technical delivery with commercial and program objectives Excellent communication and leadership capability Why Join Partum Engineering?
