About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Manager to lead the transformation of a supermarket in Tweed Heads. This is more than a day-to-day management role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth, developing your team, enhancing the customer experience and establishing the store as a destination within the local community. Working closely with a supportive leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to influence the store's direction while building an engaged, high-performing team that enjoys coming to work every day.
