We support users across the economy, from businesses and professionals to government and the public - helping them register, manage and access vital information, and providing assistance at every stage of their registry journey. The role The Business Analyst supports the delivery and integration of RegistryConnect initiatives and produces within the Registry. The role analyses and documents business, process and system requirements, supports solution delivery and testing, and contributes to operational readiness to ensure registry solutions are fit‑for‑purpose and aligned with regulatory and operational needs. You will be accountable for: Partnering with business, legal, policy and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, uncovering underlying business needs and ensuring alignment with legislative obligations. Supporting delivery of RegistryConnect products by conducting business analysis activities under the guidance of the Product Owner. Developing clear as-is and to-be process maps to inform process improvements and solution design. Translating and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements into clear, accessible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences. Contributing to testing and implementation by developing test scenarios, executing testing, identifying issues and collaborating with SMEs to refine requirements and finalise solutions. About you To succeed in this role, you will bring: Relevant qualification and/or proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and management. Demonstrated experience working in project environments, with expertise in process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement (experience with registry systems highly regarded). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, influence outcomes, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
