About The Role Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of a Community Legal Centre servicing regional and remote communities across Far West NSW. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team Driving strategic planning and service development Building strong relationships with community, legal and government stakeholders Managing funded program outcomes and compliance requirements Supporting community engagement and education initiatives Monitoring service performance and continuous improvement activities Championing access-to-justice outcomes across the region Contributing to broader organisational leadership initiatives About You We're interested in speaking with experienced leaders from: Community Legal Centres Legal Aid services Government-funded legal programs Community Services Social Justice organisations Justice sector organisations Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations Not-for-Profit leadership environments You will bring: Demonstrated leadership and people management experience Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Experience overseeing funded programs or services Excellent communication and strategic planning capability A collaborative and adaptable leadership style A genuine commitment to social justice and community outcomes Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, community services, human services or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
