Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces. Build clean, reusable back-end code, APIs, and microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Perform unit, integration, and API testing; support releases and fixes. Develop and optimise RESTful APIs and system performance end-to-end. Provide production support and ensure system reliability. Ensure compliance with regulatory and WHS standards. Essential Skills 5 years’ experience in full-stack software development. Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, TypeScript). Back-end experience (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot). Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based systems. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Proficiency in Git and modern development practices. Agile/Scrum experience. Desirable Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare domain is highly desirable.
