Take ownership of store leadership hiring, ensuring quality, capability and cultural fit. Deliver high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns with speed and precision. Influence & Partner Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. Challenge thinking, provide market insights and lift hiring standards. Lead & Build Capability Lead and develop a Recruitment Officer and other resources as needed to flex in preparation for peak training periods.
