Smart Talent Group is partnering with a leading experiential events and exhibition business to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on the pubs, clubs and hospitality sector. This is a role for someone who can open doors, build trust and sell creative solutions that help venues and brands stand out. You will be working with a business that designs and delivers high-impact brand experiences, activations, displays and event solutions. The right person will be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, understanding client needs and turning a brief into a commercial opportunity. The role will involve: Developing new business across pubs, clubs, hospitality groups and venue networks Building relationships with marketing managers, venue operators and senior decision-makers Identifying opportunities for activations, events, displays and experiential projects Taking and interpreting client briefs Working with internal creative, design and delivery teams Managing pipeline activity and sales targets Building long-term account opportunities, not just one-off sales To be successful, you will bring: Proven B2B sales or business development experience Confidence in outbound sales, cold calling and face-to-face meetings Strong relationship-building and commercial communication skills Experience selling into hospitality, venues, events, exhibitions, media, signage, fit-out, activations or creative services highly regarded A curious, solutions-focused approach Resilience, drive and the ability to manage a full sales cycle This is a strong opportunity for a BDM who wants to sell something creative, tangible and high-impact.
