Educational Leader Position Available Clearview Early Learning & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and inspiring Educational Leader to join our leadership team! We are a 77-place, nature-focused early learning centre based in Nerang, with a strong connection to Bush Kindy, sustainability and play-based learning. About the Role We are looking for someone who would love to: Overlook and support programming across 5 classrooms Provide on-the-floor mentoring, guidance and support to educators Support and strengthen teaching practices across the service Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and QKLG frameworks Support and guide our Bush Kindy program Promote loose parts play, sustainability and nature-based learning Encourage play through learning and child-led experiences Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support continuous improvement and high-quality practices Inspire educators through reflection, critical thinking and intentional teaching practices What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework Leadership experience within early childhood education Passion for mentoring and supporting educators Confidence in curriculum planning and reflective practice A love for nature-based learning, sustainability and child-led play Someone warm, motivated and passionate about high-quality early childhood education ❤️ If you would love to be part of a supportive and welcoming team, we would love to hear from you!
