Our Opportunity We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our Quality and Practice team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across reporting, records management, meeting coordination and compliance activities. Being a friendly face and first point of contact for many enquiries combined with a proactive approach to problem solving will help this team meet their KPIs. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports and documents. Coordinate meetings, panels and events, including agendas, minutes and logistics. Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor review and expiry dates. Support reporting, audit and compliance activities across the Quality and Practice function. Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders. About you Experience supporting a busy team in an administrative or coordination role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence managing records, reporting requirements and competing priorities. A collaborative approach and ability to build positive working relationships. Experience in the disability sector or a similar regulated environment is desirable but not essential. A valid NSW Drivers Licence is essential, and an offer will be subject to a police clearance, a current WWCC and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
