About the role We are seeking experienced administration professionals to join our Commonwealth Government client as a Practice Officer at the APS4 level. Duties: Service Support Officers, including monitoring performance, setting priorities and task allocation. Provide front of house and administrative support across service delivery streams, including data entry, record keeping and coordination of client referrals. Act as a first escalation point for client, provider and stakeholder queries, and build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Coordinate administrative requirements for group programs, workshops and induction activities for staff and contracted providers. Undertake financial and office management activities, and support reporting, quality assurance, compliance and operational data requirement. Requisite skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload. Attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and data entry. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reliability, consistency and commitment to engagement in the role.
