Work alongside highly experienced Partners who provide exceptional mentoring, hands-on support, and a clear pathway for career progression. As the practice continues to grow, genuine opportunities exist for advancement to Senior Associate and ultimately Partnership. Your Role You will be working alongside highly experienced Senior Solicitors and Partners on a full range of insurance law matters. Acting for insurers and high-profile clients, you will gain exposure to a broad range of litigation matters. Your caseload will vary depending on your level of experience and areas of expertise to suit the person. Lawyers at the Associate level will receive strong mentoring and support while developing their technical skills and managing files, whilst Senior Associates will enjoy greater autonomy, direct client contact, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the practice. Your matters may include: Workers' compensation claims Motor vehicle accident claims General liability matters Professional indemnity matters You will have the opportunity to work closely with respected Doyle's guide Partners, manage your own files, build strong client relationships, and develop your expertise across a broad range of insurance matters. About You To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic Solicitor with a minimum of two years' experience in insurance law or plaintiff workers' compensation. You may also be a Senior Lawyer seeking the next step in your career and looking for a genuine pathway to Partnership as the firm continues to expand its Insurance practice.
