This is an excellent opportunity to join the business as a Machine Operator , working under the Operations Manager within a high-performing, cohesive team. The Opportunity As a Machine Operator, your overall responsibility will be to operate machinery and undertake general farm duties in accordance with farm activities across both broadacre and horticultural operations. What you will bring minimum 3 years solid experience as a harvesting large machine operator preferably driving a potato harvesting vehicle such as a DeWulf hold a current driver’s licence (heavy rigid desirable) a natural technology and systems aptitude practical, reliable, flexible and adaptable if given changing priorities mechanically minded with the ability to maintain machinery pride in machinery, infrastructure and presentation strong attention to detail and problem solving skills a diligent approach to work which includes a can-do attitude ability to concentrate for long periods of time, work longer hours during peak season which includes night work communicates well and contributes positively within a close-knit team is seeking a long-term role offering stability, variety and responsibility The Lifestyle Longtrail Farms is based between Pinnaroo and Lameroo and only a 2 hour drive to both Adelaide or the beautiful Limestone Coast.
