P&C Advisor – Generalist, End‑to‑End Role Automotive Fast‑Paced Retail Environment This isn’t a traditional HR role. We’re looking for a People and Culture Advisor to take ownership of a dealership portfolio across Perth (Melville, Wanneroo, Osborne Park, Morley and Maddington), in a high-volume automotive retail sales environment. You’ll be working alongside leaders day-to-day, helping them navigate real-time people challenges, lift team performance, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll balance commercial needs with people expertise, using sound judgement to influence outcomes that work for both the team and the business. You’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end with a high level of autonomy, while staying connected to a broader P&C team for support and perspective.
