Job Description Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management reports to support business decisions. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and drive improvements. Support junior finance team members. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans and investment appraisals. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Management Accountant must have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA. Strong experience as a Management Accountant within the FMCG, retail, or consumer industry. Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail, commercially minded, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
