About the Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, deliver personalised treatments, and support them in achieving their skin and beauty goals. Key Responsibilities 1.Deliver professional skin, beauty, and wellness services in line with individual client needs, treatment objectives, and clinic standards to achieve optimal outcomes. 2.Evaluate client concerns and develop personalised treatment pathways that support aesthetic and wellness goals. 3.Guide clients on appropriate skincare practices, aftercare requirements, and suitable product selections to enhance and maintain results. 4.Document client information, treatment progress, and service outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and privacy requirements. 5.Ensure treatment areas, equipment, and materials are consistently presented and operated in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. 6.Foster positive client relationships by creating a welcoming experience and supporting client wellbeing throughout their treatment journey. 7.Expand professional knowledge through ongoing training and awareness of emerging industry trends, technologies, and techniques. 8.Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the clinic’s commitment to service excellence and business growth. Requirements 1.Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification. 2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty therapy or skin treatments preferred. 3.Strong communication and client service skills. 4.Professional presentation with a strong focus on hygiene and detail. 5.Ability to work both independently and within a team, with a willingness to learn and develop.
