This is a unique opportunity to work within a modern Build to Rent environment where everything is managed onsite, no driving around during the day! The business manages a large and growing residential portfolio, with multiple new developments launching across Melbourne. Their focus is on delivering an exceptional resident experience through a streamlined renter-only model with centralised ownership and management. The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand-new Build to Rent apartments, including both market and affordable rental homes. Unlike traditional property management, this role allows you to focus on resident relationships and portfolio management fundamentals, without the constant external travel.
