Responsibilities Answering a high volume of inbound calls Responding to email queries Case management Recording activity in the database with 100% accuracy Supporting and liaising with the broader team where needed; troubleshooting, invoicing, logistics, order processing, complaints handling Please note this position is six months with potential for ongoing work. Your Profile Exceptionally strong background in customer service, face to face and phone based Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask; inputting data, adding comments to customer files, and searching the database whilst on the phone Great stakeholder management both internal and external Solution focused! Always looking for the best possible outcome for the customer and going above and beyond for them A team player!
