This role requires a compassionate and reliable professional who can deliver hands-on support, including personal care, community access, and safe transport using company vehicles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation such as progress notes and incident reports, ensuring all practices meet NDIS standards, organisational policies, and quality requirements.
