About Your New Role As a member of our disability services team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential. About You An empathetic person who has a genuine passion for supporting individuals with a disability Supporting customers in a variety of environments, for this position it will be 1:1 Experience with meal preparation, this includes PEG feeding.
