Responsibilities: Installs new printers, configure printers on network, maintain and ensures the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or Network Printers. Responsible for maintaining and servicing multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, primarily focusing on leading brands such as Ricoh, Samsung, and HP. Perform detailed repairs and routine maintenance on multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, specializing in Ricoh, Samsung, and HP brands. Utilise basic computer skills and expand upon your networking knowledge as needed. Efficiently load and configure drivers on PCs to demonstrate your technical versatility. Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Make independent decisions and exhibit a broad range of skills in various scenarios. Travel to customer sites using a provided company car and deliver/install equipment with our delivery van. SKILLS Proficiency in technical problem-solving and a willingness to master Network IT. Capability to make decisions independently and handle a variety of tasks. A versatile skill set, ready to tackle a variety of tasks. Professional attitude towards customers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
