Littles Lawyers Solicitor – Personal Injury (WorkCover, Public Liability & CTP) Queensland, Australia Full Time Salary: $85,000.00 per year Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced (PAE 1) Solicitor to join our team in Queensland, specialising in personal injury law, with a focus on Queensland jurisidction: WorkCover, Public Liability and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims. Key Responsibilities: · Managing a caseload of personal injury matters, including WorkCover, public liability, and CTP claims · Providing legal advice and representation to clients · Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court materials · Negotiating settlements and attending mediations · Liaising with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders · Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards Skills and Experience: · Admission as a Solicitor in Australia (or eligibility for admission) · Demonstrated experience in personal injury law (WorkCover, public liability, and/or CTP) · Strong understanding of Queensland legislation and legal processes · Excellent communication and client management skills · Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines Qualifications: · Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent qualification · 1 Year Post Admission Experience What We Offer: · Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) · Supportive and professional work environment · Opportunity for career growth and development The advertised salary is exclusive of superannuation.
