Inclusion Support Educator | Fernvale About the Role We’re looking for a warm, patient, and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our Fernvale team, supporting children within our Pre‑Kindy space. In this role, you’ll support children to feel safe, included, and confident within their learning environment. Working closely with your room team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing space where children can build independence, develop social skills, and engage in meaningful play. You’ll play an important role in supporting routines, guiding learning experiences, and ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging. This role is permanent part time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children Provide responsive support to children’s learning, development, and wellbeing Facilitate engaging, play‑based learning experiences Assist with observing and documenting children’s strengths and progress Work collaboratively with educators to adapt routines and experiences Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance About You You are a caring, calm, and reliable educator who values inclusion and enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families in a close‑knit setting. Key skills and requirements: ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III, Diploma, or higher Must have completed National Child Safety Training Experience supporting children with additional needs (highly regarded) Compassionate, patient, and confident supporting children Strong communication and teamwork skills Current Working with Children Check Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis About Our Fernvale Centre Journey Early Learning Fernvale is a warm, community‑focused centre where relationships truly matter.
