Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator Brisbane Airport Precinct | $25M Industrial Project A commercial head contractor is seeking an experienced CA / Senior CA to join a $25M industrial project in an industrial park near Brisbane Airport. The Role You’ll take full commercial ownership of the project alongside the Project Manager, driving cost control, procurement and contract administration from start through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to stay across the numbers at all times and actively influence project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prepare subcontract packages, scopes and procurement schedules Let and administer subcontractor packages Maintain live cost tracking, forecasting and budget control Manage variations, progress claims and subcontract payments Ensure alignment with head contract requirements and flag risks early Support RFIs and coordination between site and subcontractors Maintain accurate project financial reporting and Jobpac administration Assist with monthly reporting, risk identification and commercial strategy About You Experience as a CA / Senior CA with a commercial head contractor Strong understanding of project financials and cost control Confident managing subcontractors, procurement and variations Able to work proactively in a fast-paced live project environment Strong communicator who builds effective stakeholder relationships On Offer $25M live industrial project in a high-demand precinct Real ownership of project commercial outcomes Strong PM and site team support Ongoing pipeline of similar work Competitive salary package aligned to experience For a confidential discussion, contact Gregor Devlin at Core Talent.
