Your opportunity As our Application Trainer (3 days per week), you’ll play a key role in enabling learning and adoption of our applications by designing and delivering practical, engaging training programs that build confidence, capability and adoption across the organisation. You’ll work across a diverse technology landscape, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, supporting our Melbourne office, regional teams and remote workforce. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to create impactful learning experiences tailored to how people learn best. Training delivery in this role focuses on short, practical sessions (typically 1–2 hours) rather than full-day workshops, enabling flexible, targeted learning that fits seamlessly into employees’ day-to-day work. Key responsibilities Conduct training needs analyses and tailor programs to different teams and learning styles Design, develop and deliver training programs across enterprise applications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Salesforce) Provide end user support via ad-hoc training as required. Partner with stakeholders, project leads and SMEs to plan and execute learning and adoption initiatives Create engaging training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Confluence, Miro, Mentimeter and LMS platforms Deliver training in multiple formats (face-to-face, virtual, self-paced, and 1:1), including onboarding new employees Measure training and provide reporting on effectiveness, adoption, and capability uplift, continuously improving programs Build and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to support ongoing learning Drive engagement with and adoption of internal learning systems About You You’re a people-first learning professional who enjoys helping others succeed and is passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences. You’ll bring: Demonstrable experience in a similar learning, training or adoption role Strong experience assessing capability and delivering training for digital or web-based applications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven capability in training design and facilitation Experience measuring adoption, competency and capability uplift Change management experience, including supporting behavioural change Strong organisational and time management skills Experience with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce (highly regarded) Why Dairy Australia?
