What you will be doing We are looking for a Supervisors in our Planned Activity Group (PAG) Team on a part-time basis for our Hughesdale Planned Activity Group. Reporting to the PAG Team Leader, the responsibilities include: Supervising staff including community care workers, cooks and volunteers Observe, mentor and develop staff Deliver PAG program activities using a client-focused approach that aims for the best outcomes for participants and PRONIA More information about the role is found in the position description. The ideal candidate will have: Fluency in the Greek and English language. Well-developed written and oral skills and proficiency in Microsoft office. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or willingness to enrol shortly after being employed. Current certificates in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to complete the course. Current driver license and access to own vehicle.
