Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring nursing and care teams Overseeing clinical documentation and medication management Supporting resident admissions, care planning and clinical reviews Driving quality and compliance initiatives Assisting with workforce planning and staff development Promoting a positive and supportive team culture About You You will bring: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential aged care Previous clinical leadership experience Strong understanding of AN-ACC and aged care accreditation standards Experience in wound management and clinical documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Full Australian working rights (sponsorship NOT available) If you are passionate about aged care leadership and want to join a team that values quality, compassion and community, we would love to hear from you.
