Located in Armadale WA, Taste of Italy is a vibrant hospitality venue currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to become part of their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards Planning menus and contributing to the development of new dishes and seasonal specials Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation before service Managing kitchen stock, ordering supplies, and reducing food wastage Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during preparation and service Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safe work practices at all times Working closely with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction About you: At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Good organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
