HR Advisor – People & Culture South of the River | Up to $120,000 Super Core Talent are currently partnering with a well-established organisation within the infrastructure sector to recruit an HR Advisor . This position supports a busy and evolving People & Culture function and would suit someone who enjoys working across both operational and strategic HR activities while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. The Role This is a hands-on, generalist HR role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for managers and employees. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, advice, and coordination across a range of people-related matters. Key Responsibilities Providing HR advice and support to managers across employee relations matters Assisting with performance management, disciplinary processes, and investigations Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems Assisting with policy development and compliance requirements Coordinating training and development initiatives Supporting broader HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’ll be proactive, approachable, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
