Tel IT Group Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, adaptable , and confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to turn needs into clear, deliverable outcomes. Key Responsibilities ·User management, create, manage, and terminate users as required; change service access when necessary; and carry out standard server administration activities, such as user/group administration, security permissions and group policies. ·Support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks. ·Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, reconfigurations, and/or purchases. ·Document and record operational activities and maintenance in database and system logs; prepare manuals and documents to distribute for system usage knowledge. ·Maintaining and performing routine network start up and shutting down procedures with control records. ·Setting up of customer's network with configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering network requirements, in-house server, and system software as part of the team. ·Configuring the existing system to meet the user requirements and sometimes even make some modifications by following policies and procedures required by the management and network security. ·In the case of emergency, providing network troubleshooting and support to maintain efficiency with expertise. ·Maintaining and ensuring that all the data has been stored and backed up on regular basis to protect the loss of data in physical and cloud environment. ·Making plans to ensure the security and integrity of the user data and credentials. ·Ensure that all the important components such as hardware and network maintenance equipment's are stored in the inventory. ·Running troubleshooting processes to maintain the efficiency of network throughout the organization, with the help of ticketing system, remote access, and site visit. Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: ·A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. ·At least 1 year of experience in a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst / similar role. ·Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. ·A structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and prioritisation. ·A positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed. ·The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure. ·Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required (e.g., project cutovers, urgent changes, client needs).
