About the Opportunity As an Early Childhood Coordinator (Key Worker), you’ll support families who have concerns about their child’s development by delivering family-centred early childhood intervention through the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. This opportunity is ideal for professionals from: Early Childhood Education Special / Inclusive Education Speech Pathology Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Psychology Social Work What You’ll Be Doing You will: Conduct observations and developmental assessments in natural environments Partner with families to identify goals and priorities Deliver short-term early intervention strategies Coordinate referrals to mainstream and community supports Prepare reports and manage your allocated caseload Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team Support smooth transitions and continuity of care for children and families Why Join Lifestart?
