Project Architect | High Rise Residential Specialist (25 Storeys) | Design Through to Delivery | Melbourne | $110,000 – $130,000 Super We are partnering with a highly regarded architecture studio known for delivering complex, large scale residential and mixed use projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of high rise residential work (25 storeys and above), this is a design led practice recognised for its technically rigorous approach and ability to deliver architecturally considered outcomes at scale. The studio fosters a collaborative environment where design quality, coordination, and delivery excellence are equally valued. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect who is confident operating across high rise residential projects from design development through to documentation and delivery. You will play a key role within project teams, contributing to the successful coordination and execution of large scale apartment and mixed use developments. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and supporting design development on high rise residential projects • Producing and coordinating detailed Revit documentation packages • Managing consultant coordination across multiple disciplines • Supporting client engagement and design presentations • Assisting with construction phase services and project delivery • Ensuring design quality, compliance, and technical resolution across all stages What We’re Looking For We are seeking a technically strong and design aware Architect who thrives in large scale residential environments. You will ideally bring: • 5-7 years’ experience within an Australian architecture practice • Strong, proven experience in high rise residential (25 storeys) is essential • Advanced Revit proficiency • Strong understanding of construction methodology and documentation detail • Experience coordinating consultants across complex projects • Confident communication and client engagement capability • Ability to manage competing priorities across live project environments • Strong ownership of design intent through to delivery • Collaborative, proactive and detail focused approach Why You Should Apply This is an opportunity to join a studio known for delivering some of Brisbane's most significant high rise residential projects.
