Located close to home in in Truganina Varied, fast paced & exciting role to automate processes Remuneration negotiable depending on experience About the Role: Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include: Take a lead role in the payroll and finance system implementation to automate processes Data migration and testing Identify and implement operational efficiencies where relevant Conduct high level system configuration and data migration Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements High-level interpretation of payroll rules from historic system to the current / new system Reporting duties Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries Train the company employees to efficiently & accurately use the new system The Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a Payroll Implementation Project role possessing the following skills: Prior experience in playing a key role in Payroll/Finance system implementations Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of payroll functions, procedures, and processes Award interpretation knowledge and experience Strong attention to detail and high level communication skills Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure What's On Offer: Above market remuneration in line with your experience Immediate start available Initial 3 month role Supportive stakeholder management Play a lead role in a project capacity, whereby you can upskill your career Office located in Melbourne's West (Truganina) About the Organisation: Our client has been an industry leading business for 10 years in Victoria, with exciting continual growth plans with large-scale projects on the horizon.
