We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Public Areas team member for the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our hospitality establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As part of our team, you will contribute to the overall guest experience and uphold our high standards of service. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times. Perform regular inspections of public areas to identify and address any cleanliness issues promptly. Restock supplies in public restrooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Assist in the setup and breakdown of public events and functions as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
