Choose your caseload – Aged Care (HCP), NDIS or a genuine mix Strong MDT support structured supervision (not a lone wolf community role) Flexibility that actually works – manage your own diary WFH admin The Role This is a community-based Physiotherapist position working with a well-established, values-led provider across Melbourne. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests – whether that’s aged care, NDIS, or a blended portfolio. You’ll be supported by a highly collaborative MDT (OTs, Physios, Speech Pathologists), with strong clinical leadership, regular check-ins and admin support handling the non-clinical load. Work is primarily community-based with WFH for reporting, plus optional office access near the CBD. Caseload Options Aged Care (HCP/SAH): mobility, strength, balance, falls prevention and rehab support NDIS (Adults or Paeds): functional rehab, pain management, capacity building and intervention Mixed caseload: build variety with strong clinical support Why This Role Salary: $90k–$110k super bonus structure $5k travel allowance tolls covered Bonus scheme (earn additional % once billables exceeded) Achievable KPIs (no unrealistic targets) Structured supervision with an experienced clinical manager External PD ongoing training support Admin team support (onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, risk) Tablet, phone tools provided Regular team meetings strong team culture Caseloads kept close to home across Melbourne What You’ll Need AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Driver’s licence car Strong communication ability to work autonomously Experience in NDIS or Aged Care (or willingness to learn) Interested?
